Returns and Refunds

At Anaadya Collectionz, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that you'll love. If, however, you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of the issue (clear photos and an unboxing video) may be required.

Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use or are damaged after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect).
  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Minor variations in colour or finish due to lighting or screen settings.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after the required details are provided.

Replacement

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Anaadya Collectionz will bear the return shipping cost.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Name
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos and an unboxing video showing the issue

We recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package. This helps us verify any claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items and ensures a quicker resolution.
